What you should do - ETI
All ETI and best practice elements are covered by the legal requirements detailed in the 'What you must do" section
REMEMBER:
- Be aware of the legislation
- Know what documents demonstrate the right to work in the UK
- Check and retain the documents of all workers to ensure that they have the right to work in the UK and on your site.
- Audit your labour provider to ensure that they have robust processes in place to prevent illegal working
Now take the next step through: Right to Work.
